职位描述
1.处理NPI.MP阶段产线良率异常，分析不良原因并反馈到责任人，跟踪其改善
2.协助PE完成产线DOE，验证由于原材料，新制程，新工艺导入的问题；
3.通过对DOE结果的分析，找到较优化的参数或制程组合。
岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历，机械专业及相关专业.
2.熟悉各种质量工具使用（MINTAB等）；
3.DOE实验设计
4.具备丰富的失效分析的经验和能力；
5.具备清晰的逻辑思维和较强的解决问题的能力；
6.具有良好的团队协作精神，较强的服务意识和沟通能力；
7.具备良好的总结分析能力。
