Responsibilities

？ Provides strategic leadership and strategy development for the planning and scheduling in offshore EPCI project.
？ Create aligned work/resource plans and identify gaps in a timely manner.
？ Develop capital work plans that insure compliance of operational and financial goal.
？ Meet or exceed expectations of internal customers by delivering quality and timely service.
？ Develops team processes and procedures to ensure consistency across capital program segments
？ Establishes team performance metrics and controls.
？ Establishes team action plans and goals and coaches team to deliver desired results
？ Responsible for managing organization change initiatives; vocal and visible champion; role-modeling desired behaviors.
？ Work and resources are effectively prioritized and optimized.
？ Well versed with WBS creation. WBS- Work Breakdown Structure.
？ Identify & share industry best international practices.
？ Performance based culture on continuously improved customer satisfaction.
？ Strong, collaborative relationship with cross functional peer groups.
？ Other tasks as assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements

1. Recognised Degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine & Offshore Technology or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 15 years experience in Planning/Scheduling management at a senior level in international EPC offshore projects.
3. Experience managing multiple funding sources and be proficient in Planning/Scheduling management techniques and applications
4. Have spent some years in EPC project management, construction management and/or FEED/engineering management.
5. Planning capabilities up to level 4
6. P6 certification and/or other planning certification
7. P6, Project Tools, Microsoft, Excel, PPT
8. Fluent in Chinese and English
