Responsibilities
？ Ability to organize, and coordinate the project bidding work;
？ According to the provisions of the work procedure to organize, coordinate and complete estimating preparation work for the bidding project ;
？ Ability to finish the tender project estimation independently;
？ Responsible for bid clarification and answering related questions to the project estimation
？ Responsible for collecting and summarizing the clarifying issues listing related with technical tender;
？ Participate in the negotiation cost contract review, work;
？ With the ability to complete the subcontract enquiry work according to the actual situation of project, including the construction of the subcontract, procurement, design and so on for the sub-contract works;
？ According to requirements of the project, participating in plan formulation and audit work on insurance and financing;
？ Participate in the pre-assessment of the bidding project;
？ Ability to make the project bidding strategy;
？ Complete other work assigned by the department;
Requirements
1. Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, or related majors
2. Min 3 years’ experience
3. Design and project execution experience, and oversea project bidding experience in offshore industry.
4. Good communication, organization and coordination capacity; familiar with project cost knowledge; Have a certain
    business negotiation ability; Good ability to work independently
5. Fluent in English
