3、商业或管理专业相关专业毕业

4、良好的计划和执行能力、组织协调能力和人际沟通能力；
5、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。

职位描述：

1、 负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、 负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

3、 制定项目的年度计划及月度计划，并落实相关的工作；

4、 统筹各部门的工作，积极调动各种资源确保完成商场的入驻率与收租率等重要指标；

5、 与开发商及政府职能部门取得良好的沟通，监管物业公司各项工作的开展情况；

6、 作为商场管理的第一责任人，有效处理各种突发事件；

7、 及时向总部汇报商场动态及协助客服部完成每周简报及月运营报告；

8、 加强项目的团队建设，维持其较高凝聚力及良好工作气氛；

9、 评估各个部门的工作绩效

我们是一家全方位商业零售管理营运支援商，提供全方位零售管理解决方案。我们的团队来自地产界的各个专业领域包含IT系统、零售管理、营销整合、商业地产管理等。我们将通过我们的专业能力与当地管理公司结合，共同创造出一套适合中国国情的区域型商业地产管理模式。我们的营业范围如下:

1.    商业型地产物业管理IT支援系统。
2.    商业型地产行销整合管理支援系统 (包含客户忠诚管理、会员卡、物业管理）
3.    商业型地产数据业态分析管理支援系统 (包含商业地产经营绩效监控及区域性数据行销分析)
经营商业项目
梅垅镇新都会(http://www.maxmall.com.cn/ )是由上海绿地集团开发建设的第一个区域性综合型商业地产项目，上海绿地集团是中国前三大房地产开发商之一，梅垅镇新都会是我们的第一个项目，预计在年底之前会新增另外2个项目(目前洽谈已进入到最后阶段) 。我们预计三年内将在上海地区营运支援3至5个项目。

业务范围
- 包括专业的商业咨询定位、招商执行、商场市场推广、物业管理等。


Our Company
We are a RMSP (Retail Management Solution Provider), a total solution provider for retailer. We will support the local management company to create a China community mall management model. Our management teams consist of the best people from retail, IT, marketing, commercial managing expert and …etc. Our scope will include:

#1. Management software system support. (Maintenance, Leasing, billing .etc)
#2. Integrated Marketing for Mall managing (including CRM, loyalty program)
#3. Data mining/Analyzing (monitor operating effectiveness of the mall business & database marketing for global firm)
#4. Consolidate the service management side to implement our integrated marketing retail managing strategy.

Our Managing Project
Maxmall (http://www.maxmall.com.cn/ ) is the first commercial mixed used project by Greenland (One of the top 3 real estate developer in China). Our company will be providing solution to the management of the Maxmall project. Moreover, in the next few months, we will confirm 2 additional Mall projects. We estimate in 3 years, we will be managing 3-5 mall property in Shanghai.
