职位描述：
岗位职责：
？ 负责公司人力资源规划。根据公司销售业绩要求规划销售人员数量，并确定员工素质条件，包括员工受教育水平、品德素质、能力素质、工作经验等。
？ 岗位说明书的制定及人事制度的制定和修改，包括公司招聘制度、绩效考核制度、培训制度、员工考勤制度等。
？ 负责公司员工招聘面试工作。按照公司人力资源年度规划，实施公司员工招聘。
？ 负责公司员工合同管理。
？ 负责员工绩效考核。对员工进行定期考核。
？ 负责公司员工的离职、辞退等相关手续办理。

任职要求：
？ 本科以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等专业优先。
？ 2年以上人事管理工作经验，1年以上人事主管工作经验。
？ 掌握国家有关人力资源管理及劳动管理的法律、法规。
？ 熟悉日常人事管理的业务流程。
？ 良好的口头表达，文字写作，阅读能力。

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
