职位描述：
1. Lead cost team to establish and implement effective and efficient standard cost management system. (Including costing policy & procedure).
2. Make sure all the practices are compliance with corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.
3. Provides timely analysis reports to Finance Management with practical advices and proposal.
4. Set up and roll out OMIS, Cost structure, ERFQ system and new projects to operation sites.
5. Assists and collaborates, as appropriate in SAP and Hyperion System to enhance the effective utility of the system and makes recommendations for system enhancements.
任职要求：
1. 5+ years accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years cost accounting and controlling for a manufacturing operation;
2. Familiar with ERP (SAP experience is a plus) concepts;
3. Management Skill;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels;
5. Good English in speaking and writing;
