职位描述：
1.建立并维护满足顾客要求的质量管理体系；监控整个产品的实现过程，确保生产的产品质量满足顾客的要求；参与新产品APQP质量策划，确保策划过程符合顾客的要求；
Establish and maintain quality management system, monitors the whole process and activities till the products deliver to customer , and ensure the quality meet customer needs; participate in APQP quality planning for new products, and ensure the planning procedure meet customer requirements.
2.利用问题解决工具，例如：5WHY，8D， Tips，6Sigma等，分析根本原因 ，制定改进计划，追踪完成情况和效果；确保相应的人力资源和检测设备满足公司发展的需要。
By using problem solving tools, eg: 5WHY，8D， Tips，6Sigma, and etc., analyze the fundamental reason, formulate the improving plan, following the completion status and its effectiveness; ensure the human resource and inspection equipment meet development needs of our company.
4.建立质量指标和质量计划。收集、分析、汇报质量数据，并指导改进以提高质量表现；同shiloh其它公司协调工作，获得必要的支持；
Establish quality indicators and quality plan. Collect, analyze, and report quality data, and give guidance for quality performance improvement; Coordinate with Shiloh other BU, and get necessary support.
5.组织实施第二、第三方来公司质量评审的组织落实。
Organize and coordinate external quality audit.
6.建立有效的质量管理体系，运用过程审核、过程能力、质量计划、控制计划等手段，加强企业质量管理系统化。
Establish effective quality management system, to strengthen company’s quality management systematization by using process audit, process capability, quality plan, control plan and etc.
7. 先期质量策划；产品图纸确认，工艺能力了解，测量方法确认
Advanced quality planning, product drawing confirming, process capability understanding, measuring method confirming.
8. 工程部确认特殊特性，与采购部确认分供方清单
Work with engineering department to verify the special nature, and confirm supplier list with purchasing department.
9.客户的质量、供货、物流、包装等要求指南确认
Confirm customer’s required guide items on the quality, product supply, logistics, packaging.
10.新产品APQP活动，样品报告提交
New product APQP activity, sample report submission
11.测量系统的GRR，对标以及PPAP文件准备
Measurement system GRR, benchmarking and PPAP document preparation.
12.工程更改的样品跟踪与状态确认
Sample tracking and status validation for engineering change.
 13.客户抱怨的收集、分析和处理；样品不合格品处理。
Customer complaints collection, analyzing and treating; unqualified sample treatment.
14. 适应加班和出差
Must be willing to work overtime and take business travel.


Qualifications: 任职要求：

1. 机械或汽车类专业本科毕业，CET-4；
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or automotive engineering, with CET-4;
2. 8年以上工作经验（有机械或汽车行业经验），3年管理经验熟悉质量工具和原理，例如：TQM, SPC,AQL, DOE, FMEA, GR&R 等；
Over 8 years working experiences (mechanical or automotive industry background), over 3 years management working experiences and familiar with quality tools and principles, eg: TQM, SPC, AQL, DOE, FMEA, GR&R, etc.;
3.具备金属冲压、铝合金压铸、镁合金压铸的基本知识
General knowledge of metal stamping, aluminum die casting or magnesium die casting.
4. 证书要求：质量体系审核员；中级以上质量工程师；
Certificates & Licenses: quality management system auditor, quality assurance engineer (over middle class level)
5. 能够有效的与公司内部员工和顾客（国内的和国外的）进行书面和口头的沟通
Able to conduct effective written and oral communication with company internal employee and external customers (from either domestic or international)
6. 熟悉QS9000/TS16946/VDA6.1质量管理体系；
Familiar with QS9000/TS16946/VDA6.1 quality management system.
7. 具有较强的分析问题的能力并能熟练地运用问题解决方法独立解决问题
Must acquire strong ability of problem analysis and be skilled in problem solving independently by using problem solving methods.
8. 熟练使用MS Office 软件
Must have demonstrated computer skill such as MS Office.
9. 能够承受较大的工作压力；
