职位描述：
1.采购人员根据物料计划产生的P.R.发出采购订单并要求在三个工作日内确认;
Delivery the purchasing order and ask for confirmation on 3 working days as per the P.R. made by buyer
2.向指定的供应商下发采购订单并且不断的跟踪维护;
Delivery the purchasing order to the definite supplier and keep following up
3.当需求发生变化，和供应商及时的调整发货日期以及取消订单并处理Liability;
Coordinate with the suppliers on the delivery date or cancel the order and dispose liability when needs change
4.及时地将相关信息(如数量，发货日期，价格的调整等)告知有关人员和部门;
Delivery the exact information to related departments ,such as numbers ,delivery date, price change
5.确保SAP系统中订单信息的准确性(除信息系统本生原因外);
Keep exact information on SAP system ,except for the reason of system itself
6.处理和供应商有关的事宜，并就有相关的不合格物料和物品关扣款还是返换等和供应商交涉；
Deal with the suppliers ,and negotiate with the suppliers on the disqualification ,barrier charge or goods return
7.确保货物的准时到达以满足生产和销售的需要;
Keep deliver goods on time to meet the needs of produce and sale

任职要求：
1、具备跨国公司2年以上计划或物料计划方面工作经验；
2、熟悉SAP系统或MRP系统；
3、积极主动的工作态度，强烈的责任感；
4、必须具备良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力；
5、具备良好的解决问题的能力、团队合作，能够承担工作压力
