职位描述

Main Purpose

directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values

Summary

Identify, track and pursue key account & customers to meet organizational goals and objectives. Build up business relationship with them .

Main Responsibilities

1 - Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability. Handle customer complaints
2 - Meet or exceed the assigned sales target for key accounts

3- manage and coach team members to comply with company requirements

4- Train sales force by products and selling skills.
5- develop account plans , follow up team members during the execution
6 coordinate and implement order & collect payment
7 -Ensure all quotations / orders and all other customer communication to be handled promptly and accurate.

8-Manage sales order- processes for the applicable accounts. Monitor administration and follow up
9-Accurately communicate customer needs, complaints, and potentials to internal departments

Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

College or above degree

5+ years of professional experience

Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills

Sales driven person with demonstrated competence in sales

Deployment

Strongly committed to target

Professional language in skills in Chinese & English
