Title:Senior Demand Planning Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Act as Asia Pacific Demand Planning lead for the Demand Planning organization

- First hand accountability for leading the monthly demand plan process and annual operating plan for all lines of business.

a) Develop Demand Plan at LOB/SKU level

- Develop historical trend forecasts at country/SKU level

- Meet monthly with country managers to get sales inputs and input to demand planning process

- Analyze sales forecasts at country level, develop adjusted sales forecasts with country managers based on historical trends + sales inputs

- Drive key account information from sales organization

- Consolidate volume forecast at country level and provide analytics to APAC Supply Chain Manager as part of the demand planning process to effectively forecast product demand.

- Forecast consolidation and analysis by LOB

- Extract, analyze and report FC accuracy analysis (MAPE/BIAS) at SKU/country/region level

b) Prepare and animate Sales & LOB Consensus planning :

- Develop Monthly Forecast Approval Process, consisting of sign off between Sales Specialists, LOB and Regional President CM

- Lead monthly Sales & LOB Consensus Meetings as required by monthly calendar, and provide input as required for the S&OP executive review.

- Develop analyses and trends based on demand plans/communication with CM

c) Prepare Global Demand Planning Files

- Prepare data that is used to analyze global and regional forecasting and inventory trends such as: FC by SKU/PF, Inventory, Replenishment Forecasts

- Act as Project Lead for the future deployment of SAP APO across the organization

- Drive continuous improvement in the Demand Planning and Planning function

- Participate in executive Sales and Operation reviews

- Liason between CM and Supply Chain/Manufacturing, working closely to ensure demand is properly indicated to appropriate areas

Requirements: Skills and Qualification

- Minimum 3 years work experience in Planning/Forecasting (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience leading / managing Demand Plan (forecast and S&OP)

- Microsoft Office and Database management skills required (Excel Pivot Table, macro, Access),

- Strong analytical, Demonstrated critical thinking. Excellent problem solving skills Knowledge in Statistical forecast modeling is a strong plus,

- Customer focused and financially savvy,

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities,

- Strong communication skills

- Self starter,

- Team player. Ability to influence and achieve consensus,

- English Fluency.

- Ability to operate in diverse cultural settings,
