General principles:
- you will be an active member of the project team at first and you will support and take part in all processes to turn the project from the begining stage to the complete highly technological factory
- You will be supported by Swedwood standard Security concept , central and sector security team
- Later on you will report directly to site manager
- You will be a member of management team

The assignment and responsibilities
- implementation of security requirements in accordance to Swedwood Security Concept
- contacts and relations with authorities and external services providers to see that all legal dements, regarding security issues, if necessary are implemented and understood
- follow up the performance in a uniformed security concept and verification that handling of the concept as well as parameters for measuring are in the line with requirements

Other main responsibilities:
- handling concept requirements and normal level of internal follow-up of discrepancies or irregular behavior as well as random inspections of incoming and outgoing flows
- manage and be responsible for security systems ( installations/equipment and service)
- cooperation with Security Service Company ( prepare, agree, implement, monitor, evaluate and correct if necessary routines/procedures) ,
- manage all access control for co-workers, external persons, companies, vehicles

Personal profile

Previous experience wanted
- At least 5 year experience of working in an industrial environment or security company
- experience within the internal/financial control rewarding but not a must
- experience from Greenfield projects rewarding but no a must
- experience in investigation and/or audits as well as in training ( train the trainer concept)
- experience from an international environment (could also be schools etc abroad)

Skills needed
- Fluent in written and spoken English. PC skills on a good level
- Excellent achievements in previous roles

Preferred age and nationality
Chinese
30-40 years of age
A plus if worked abroad,/ or experience from other cultures and mindsets
