职位描述：
一、岗位描述：全面负责中心的市场开发、运营等工作，参与制订中心的经营目标和规划，协助中心校长完成店面开发，活动推广等工作。
二、岗位职责：
1、全面负责中心市场工作开展计划的制定并实施；
2、全面负责中心市场活动的策划与组织工作；
3、全面负责市场部的各项管理工作及组织召开部门会议；
4、负责监督市场专员工作计划的正常实施；
5、处理与市场部相关的客户投诉；
6、负责培养市场团队以完成中心各阶段业绩任务，做好中心、外围市场、竞争对手相关数据进行汇总和分析；完成月度总结及数据分析工作；
7、负责市场部员工的业绩考核；
8、执行总部培训系统，并建立中心自培系统；
9、完成上级临时交办的其他工作。 举报 分享

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
