职业描述：
Job Summary:
负责设计各个生产线，提供并收集顾客，销售，市场，设计，材料控制，采购，制造，质量管理，服务和计算等相关电气系统和零部件信息。根据要求进行设计，保证产品安全性，可靠性，性能完善性，生产力及获利能力。
This position is responsible to engineer respective product lines electrical systems and components to provide information flow to and from the customer, sales, marketing, engineering, material control, purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance, service and accounting. Responsible for all engineering events required to meet demands assuring product safety, reliability, performance, manufacturability and profitability.

主要职责和责任：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·按照生产和销售目标设计和发展模块化产品。
Design, develop and detail electrical automotive and specialty vehicle components and systems in a modular fashion as directed.
·开发和维护模块化CAD图纸，包括电气和线路高水平总装，分装和其他小配件等。
Develop and maintain modular CAD drawings including electrical and wiring top level assembly, subassembly and detail parts.
·按照工程图纸，生产设备及配件购买和经济核算要求，开展和维护模式化物料安排。
Develop and maintain modular bills of material (BOM) supporting the engineering drawings, manufacturing, purchasing and accounting.
·协助销售及服务部门确定产品要求。
Support sales, marketing and service to establish product requirements.
·给销售和服务部部门提供产品支持。
Travel if required by sales and Service to provide product support.
·及时向特殊客户提供需要的文件资料，以便公司能按要求及时采购原料进行生产。
Provide documentation of special customer requests in a timely manner in order to meet materials and manufacturing lead time requirements.
·根据建立的公司指导方针，维护成本价格关系。
Maintain the cost price relationship within established Company guidelines.
·根据生产计划，成本，制造能力，质量，服务和销售要求，按照优先顺序，在设计上进行改进。Prioritize and process engineering changes to support the production schedule, cost, manufacturability, quality, service and sales.
·确保设计符合国家规范要求，如FMVSS, SAE, ASTM, OSHA等。
Maintain design compliance with governmental regulations, FMVSS, SAE, ASTM, OSHA, etc.
·设计发展的设备系统和电气零部件必须符合达美特种车制造有限公司规格要求，并符合销售，市场，制造和行业标准。负责建立试验标准，模拟现场条件和记录。
Design and development equipment systems and electrical components in conjunction with Delta Specialties Vehicles per agreed upon specifications as determined by sales, marketing, manufacturing and industry standards also responsible for establishing test criteria simulating field conditions and documentation thereof.
·及时提供生产和质量方面的帮助，解决生产和检验问题。
Provide immediate assistance to manufacturing and quality in resolving production and inspection issues.
·在采购方面，协助寻找并确定供应商规格，证明和认可。
Assist purchasing with vendor specifications, certification and approvals.
·提供印制成册的技术信息，包括操作，维护和零部件手册。确保手册包含用户具体信息。
Provide information required by technical publications; to include operators, maintenance and parts manuals. Responsible for assuring customer specific information is included in each manual.
·发展和维护特定顾客要求系统，防止为市场营销重新设计，确定是否需要将特定客户的要求纳入标准生产范围 。Develop and maintain a special customer request filing system to prevent re-engineering of options in conjunction with sales and marketing determine when a special customer request becomes part of the standard product offering.

This individual reports to Delta Specialties Vehicles and must be capable of working well with our customers, sales, and marketing, engineering and plant personnel by earning their respect.

教育及经验要求
Education and Experience:
电气工程学士学位。有汽车液压和自动方面或农业，建筑或矿山设备经验者优先。
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is a required. Experience in truck mounted mobile hydraulic, automotive, and agricultural, construction or mining equipment is preferred.

Electrical programming, ECU’s, PLC’s, etc.
·液压设计或相关知识
Electric vehicle design or knowledge
·车辆DC电气系统设计或相关知识，同时具备车辆方面AC电气知识优先。
DC vehicle electrical design or knowledge, AC electrical knowledge pertaining to vehicle drives is a plus.

Requires proven engineering skills, conceptual thinking and ability to rapidly develop positive and productive working rapport. The position requires track record of successful in engineering studies or actual engineering work experience with a strong understanding of design, engineering and bills of materials principals. The employee must have technical competency, ability, and desire to work with people in the team concept and be innovative. The employee is expected to participate in safety and internal programs, communications, work simplification, cost reduction, quality improvement, etc..
