1、机械或电气相关科系中专毕业；
2、及时完成工程师安排的调试和维修任务；
3、调试过程中的问题及时总结及反馈；
4、认真、及时做好设备调试，维修的相关记录；
5、每天向工程师汇报当天的调试情况；
6、保持自身良好的纪律，体现企业文化；
7、做好5S的工作，保持维修室的干净整洁；
8、在电气、机械方面有一定的调试经验，有初级电工证及上岗证，2年以上设备维修经验，熟悉各种设备（包含自动化设备），能独立处理调试中的各种问题；
9、有较强的责任心和独立工作能力，良好的交流和沟通能力，良好的学习能力。
