Position description, include duties & responsibilities:
1. In depth Financial Systems knowledge, in particular on Oracle R12.

2. Support Oracle EBS R12 systems in the fields of Finance.
3. Highly intelligent and is able to identify systems financial problems and resolve them on a timely basis.

4. Actively participate in design, configuration and testing of Oracle Application

5. Produce Oracle custom reports by using PL/SQL other Oracle tools

6. Bug fix investigation and issue resolution for end users

7. Identify critical issues and escalate appropriately
8. Conduct business process and fit/gap analysis
9. Write technical documents and user training



Qualifications: education, years of experience, skills:
1. University degree in IT or equivalent disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 yrs. of Oracle Financial systems hands-on experience.

3. Good functional knowledge on Oracle R12 Finance modules. Knowledge on Oracle MFG and Distribution is a plus

4. Knowledge on Oracle EBS technical architecture including the table structures and development tools will be required.
5. Knowledge on Oracle Reporting, BI, Oracle Analytics using existing R12 modules (what cloud services are available to enhance reporting capabilities).
6. Good people skill to interact with financial folks.
7. Learn new technology knowledge quickly.
8. Self-motivated, adaptable, calm under pressure.
9. Good communication skill; team work. 10. Good English written and oral communication skill.
