职位描述
Our client is a 500 fortune company from US (Automotive Industry) located in Suzhou
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality System to QS9000 & TS16949 standards.
2. Responsible for the overall management of the Quality Assurance Control in the facility.
3. Direct all activities regarding quality assurance issues.
4. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and practices, which ensure compliance with corporate directives and customer requirements.
5. Manage and develop improvement programs for process capability, document and process compliance, customer returns, product performance, design and durability.
6. Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan
7. Improve the supplier quality, process quality and product quality continuously;
8. Manage customer complaints with the quality engineer, communicate with all other departments;
9. Cooperation with other department to help new products development, process development. Change management;
10. Maintain continuous improvement in the quality assurance aspects of the product.
11. Direct and co-ordinate day-to-day QA in-process and outgoing QA activities.
12. Build up and Maintain Standard QOS (Quality Operating System) with consideration of Customer Specific Requirement and Related Global or Regional Regulation.
13. Build up and effectively implement Standard Corrective action System tools
14. Closely Pay Attention to Customer concerns, such as (not limited) Quality Claims, Delivery, Projects, Make sure all the concerns permanently closed timely and qualitatively.
Required:
1. Mechanical or related majors, Bachelor degree or above
2. Work experience in foreign company, 8+ years' quality experience in Automotive /metal/ machinery industry, at least 3 years quality leader experience in quality department.
Strongly communication skill, team work orientated behavior.
3. Be familiar with ISO/TS16949, good ability of quality management system's establishment, maintenance and improvement.
4. Good technology background,working experience in casting, machining and assembling.
5. Well familiar with Automotive quality core tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
6. Knowledge of CNC technology is a MUST
7. Excellent ability of hands on and leadership
8. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and good team spirit.
9. Be target oriented and self-motivated
10. Ability to construct and implement an effective working system
11. Fluent in English
