Merchandiser Department responsibilities

1. The department is responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities, including translation

related documents, sales sample development, price quotation and negotiation, sign the contract, make order

sheets, book accessories, send samples, operation tracking translate the comments from customers,

communication with factories and feedback the comments.

2. To communicate order operation processes properly to meet quantity, quality, order specifications & delivery

dates required.

3. To track pre-operation on sales sample to ensure matching of samples against required specifications &

quality standard.

4. Merchandisers are responsible to diagnose operation problems and work with factory to report to Group Manager.

5. The department is also responsible to record the claim and solutions for sharing and always searching the way

for enhancing the competition of Great Garment.

Key areas of responsibility

1. Efficient order handling for foreign customers;

2. Advising customers about production options;

3. Communicating with headquarters.

4. Update the order info in Flow System

Working place: Huaibei

Requirement:

1. College certificate or above;

2. 3+ years working experience in similar job;

3. Very good understanding of woven garments, good understanding of knit and woven garment is preferred;

4. Good at communicating in English, both oral and written English;

5. Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft word, excel etc;

6. Service minded and good at negotiating

7. Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and passionate

业务部职责：

1、业务部负责协调日常业务的进行,包括翻译相关文件、销售样品开发, 写工艺单,订购辅料,寄样品, 跟踪操作，翻译客户评

论, 与工厂沟通并及时反馈意见；

2、正确沟通订单操作流程以满足操作流程的数量、质量、规格和交货日期的要求。

3、跟踪销售样,以确保样品与要求的规格和质量标准相匹配。

4、业务跟单负责对判断跟单操作中的问题,与工厂合作，向业务经理汇报；

5、业务部还负责分享索赔记录及解决方案，不断寻找加强公司竞争力的方法；

主要工作职责：

1、为外国客户有效的处理订单；

2、为客户提出生产建议；

3、与公司总部沟通；

4、更新Flow系统上的订单信息。

工作地点：淮北

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、3年以上相关职位工作经验；

3、丰富的梭织服装知识，针梭织都了解者优先考虑；

4、擅长英语书面及口语交流;

5、基本的计算机技能,如word,excel等;

6、有服务意识,善于谈判沟通

7、上进心强,勤奋学习,工作认真负责,有热情
