职位描述
General principles:
- In the greenfield project support and develop processes to turn the project from the beginning stage to the complete highly technological factory
- Create vision and implement modern technical infrastructure and maintenance organization in the unit
- Report directly to site manager
- Member of management team
The assignment and responsibilities
-coordinate and support installation and startups of new production lines and machines
- close cooperation with Machine project groups as well as suppliers of the machines and services in order to secure the right quality of installation , startups and implementation of machines and equipment
- introduce and implement efficient technical and maintenance management thinking and create modern and systematic maintenance programs in accordance to Swedwood Standards and Manuals
- know and implement methods and tools for Maintenance Management and preventive maintenance
Other main responsibilities ;
- build up completed maintenance dep. from the scratch and continuously work with development of working methods, organization and efficiency
- involvement in building up and coordination of all technical infrastructure in the unit
- follow up the performance of services, technicians, maintenance by verification that handling of the concept as well as parameters for measuring are in the line with requirements
- manage and be responsible for whole maintenance systems in the unit
- protect that maintenance staff and technicians are fully trained and updated by developing trainings and programs
Personal profile
Previous experience wanted
- relevant experience of working in an manufacturing environment, preferable within similar area of industry
- experience from Greenfield projects rewarding but no a must
- experience in managerial role very appreciated
- knowledge of modern technique, machinery ( wood technology or furniture production very appreciated)
- pedagogical skill rewarding
Skills needed
- Fluent in written and spoken English. PC skills on a good level
- Excellent achievements in previous roles
Preferred age and nationality
Chinese
30-40 years of age
A plus if worked abroad,/ or experience from other cultures and mindsets
