职位描述：
1. Procurement Preparations 采购准备

·To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule and the purchasing schedule for the assigned project.

熟知项目总体计划及本人负责项目的采购计划。

·To analyze and understand the purchasing requisition and technical requirements.

分析、理解采购需求及技术要求。



2. Procurement 采购

·To check and review the bidders proposal especially in terms of compliance with Company specification, quality, budget and delivery time.

审核供应商报价资料，确保报价符合公司技术规范、质量要求、预算以及交货期要求。

·To be responsible to prepare and negotiate orders / contracts agreements to ERP for assigned products and make it sign with the suppliers according to the Company purchasing condition and Internal Rules.

根据ERP 系统计算出的结果准备指定产品的采购定单/合同并参与谈判工作。根据公司采购条款以及公司内部规定与供应商签订订单/合同。



3. Procurement Scheduling Control 采购进度监控

·To feedback the project databases of daily purchasing activities for the purpose of project management and to give support to the Estimators when required.

负责将每日采购活动输入项目数据库，供项目管理以及成本估算员使用。

·To find the best solution and to ensure the authority of the Project Master Schedule and the Budget for the assigned project when the suppliers’ delivery delays and over-budgets happen.

如所负责项目发生供应商延迟交货或预算超支，负责寻找***解决方案，确保项目总体计划及预算。



4. Procurement Communications 采购沟通

·To prepare the purchasing situation report (both on schedule and budget) for the assigned project on a monthly basis.

准备每月负责项目的采购情况报告（包括进度以及预算情况）

·To prepare the cash need for the assigned project on monthly basis.

负责制定每月本人负责项目的现金需求。

·Connect supplier and correlative departments of Alstom. Communication content includes technology, inspection, package, transportation, etc.

负责供应商与公司内部各部门的沟通。沟通内容包括：技术、检验、包装、运输等。

·All other reasonable duties requested by line manager and company management

完成直接主管领导和公司管理层安排的其他合理工作。



职位要求：

Educational background:

·University degree or above in Engineering/ Commercial.

工程或商务专业大学本科及以上


Work experience:

·Above 4 years working experience in the power or mechanical/electrical engineering industry.

4年以上在能源、机械/电力工程行业的工作经验。

·Minimum 3 years purchasing and sourcing experience

至少3年采购和资源经验。


Skills:

- Good ability of coordination, interpersonal communication, Negotiation, planning and implementation.

- Excellent Chinese and English language level.

- Skilled application of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP or SAP.

- Good at teamwork.

- Honest and well-behaved
