职位描述：
Be responsible of production quality control, establish & optimize quality system, review all quality document and updating annually;
Establish quality planning by project and monitoring;
Set up quality standard and understand customer requirement;
Manage daily inspection on production, incoming material and finish goods delivery, ensure the quality inspection corrective and on time;
Lab management and test effective;
Activities on quality improvement, organize team for failure analysis and problem resolve;
Enact process, procedure document on manufacturing;
New process and technologies application

职位要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above of formal education in major of chemical, mechanical engineering etc.
2、Work experience in scale enterprise and at least 5 years' work experience in related position.
3、Lab operation experience and familiar with ISO9001 procedure.
4、Good ability of coordination, interpersonal communication, planning and implementation;
5、Excellent Chinese and English language level.


负责生产质量控制,建立和优化质量体系,每年审查所有质量文件和更新;
建立项目质量计划和监控;
建立质量标准和理解客户需求;
管理日常生产检验,来料和完成货物交付,确保质量检查纠正和及时;
实验室管理和测试有效;
质量改进活动,组织团队进行失效分析和问题解决;
制定过程,过程文档制造;
新工艺和技术应用;
每周和每月向生产主管报告;

1、本科或以上的正规教育主要的化学、机械工程等。
2、规模企业工作经验,至少5年相关岗位工作经验。
3、实验室操作经验,熟悉ISO9001程序。
4、良好的协调能力,人际沟通,规划和实施;
