职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
· Lead, develop and implement the MacGregor Supplier Risk Management and Development road map
· Actively manage MacGregor supplier development process including actions and development tools within MacGregor supply chain network in close cooperation with the Category Directors, Division Sourcing Directors, QEHS and Engineering, in accordance with set quality/delivery processes and procedures to ensure supply chain sustainability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – together with QEHS, Engineering, Sourcing, R&D, Manufacturing and suppliers to:
· Develop and implement Supplier Risk Management road map, tools, processes and systems
         o Financial Risk assessment
         o Supplier Code of Conduct (sustainability) assessment and corrective action plans
         o Technical risks, Strategic risks, Dependency risks, and Activity risks
· Develop and implement Supplier Innovation initiatives to create more values to sourced products and services
· Develop Lean Manufacturing processes at key suppliers to reduce manufacturing cost and improve product quality
 
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means.
· Description of subordinate / function responsibilities if applicable.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education
· University degree in Engineering (Or similar) or Business Management. MBA preferred.

Experience
· Min. 5 years of experience in relevant positions within supplier risk management and sustainability development
· Proven track record of development, training and implementation of tools, processes and requirements in global organizations
· Proven experience in people leadership and coordination in matrix organization
· Experience of working and leading in a cross cultural environment
· Experience of coaching, guidance and motivation of people

· Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organization and ability to manage and influence others
· Strong communication, co-operation and influencing skills
· Strong leadership and coaching skills in order to develop people
· Awareness of cross cultural differences
· Ability travel and work in an international, multi-site environment
· Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management and Quality system
· Fluent English and Chinese communication skills
