职位描述：
Key duties and task:
主要职责任务
Prepare the electric system and automation control system maintenance plan, and update on the practice basis accordingly;
准备电力系统及自动化控制系统的维修计划，和实践的基础上相应的更新;
Take right action to the daily trouble shooting and to recover the function in time;
对于日常运营中相关技术问题采取正确的行动，以及時恢复正常状态;
Carry out the planned maintenance on all plant electric system andAutomation control system;
所有工厂电气系统和自动化控制系统進行了有计划的维护;
Develop and improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work Instruction and provide technic support for the technician;
制定和完善相关的标准操作流程或工作指令，并为技术员提供支援;
Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filing;
检查，测试和维修记录的数据和时间;保持正确的历史记录和工程备案;
Inspect and guide routine cleaning and regular maintenance in production lines and plant area;
进行全厂范围内的相关检查指导,日常清洁和定期保养工作;
Assist Maintenance superintendent to inspect and manage the sub-contractors for overhaul, project, or other maintenance service;
协助维修经理对分包商,工厂大修，工程项目，或者其他维修服务进行监督和管理 ;
Provide support to warehouse for components and equipment receiving;
协助仓库管理员对备品备件,设备等进行验收;
Participate in engineering activities to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process;
参与工厂有关工程改进，提高工厂的生产效率，改进设备和工艺;
Assist maintenance superintendent on components and electrical equipment evaluation, and supplier recommendation;
协助维修经理对供应商进行评估或推荐;
Make a good electrical equipment and automation equipment document management;
做好的电气设备和自动化设备的文档管理;
Spare parts control;
相关备品备件的管理 ;
In charge of professional electrical and instrument training in the plant;
负责在工厂专业电器及仪表的培训;
Cooperate with other engineer to get job done ;
与其它工程师合作完成工作;
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
执行由部门经理指派的其他任务.

Qualification and experience required for the job
工作所需资格和经验

Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering or related discipline;
本科以上学历，电气工程或相关专业;
Holder of the certificate of high and low voltage electricity operation;
高低压电力操作证书的持有人;
Over 3 years’ experience in chemicals or petrochemical;
在化工或石油化工3年以上的工作经验;
Experience in Electric Instrument equipment maintenance;
在电子仪器设备维修经验;
Excellent in written and spoken English;
优秀的书面和口头英语;
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and Auto CAD.
