职位描述：
1. End-users service:
-Software installation for end-users and maintenance
-Hardware maintenance for end-users
-Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware
-Service request response
-Record user non-standard application license
2. System, network & application administration if any at site level:
-Configuration management
-Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.
-System & network security control & virus defense
3. PABX system management & maintenance if any at site level.
4. Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line
5. System & data backup
6. Responsible for incident & problem tracker
7. IT assets management & distribution on site.
8. Technical and operation manual documentation

任职要求：

ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Good Work plan & priority management
2. Follow and practice Hi-P culture diligently
3. Good in communication
4. Good in SOP documentation
5. Able to follow & implement Corporate standards.

TECHNICAL
1. Preferred MCP or MCSE certificate
2. Hardware/OA problem analysis ability
3. Basic network maintenance skill
4. Basic System & network security skill
5. Anti-Virus / Anti-SPAM experience
