职位描述：
主要责任
Key responsibilities
1、负责公司的验证计划、验证文件和验证活动的管理和组织。确保所有相关的质量体系始终保持在验证状态，并符合内部质量体系和外部监管要求。
Responsible for the management and organization of company’s validation plan, validation documents and validation activities. Ensure all the relevant quality systems are continuously within the validation status and complying with the internal quality system and external regulatory requirements.
2、负责管理公司的验证系统，验证主计划的实施。
In charge of the management of company’s validation system and the implementation of validation master plan.
3、负责管理公司GMP项目的验证管理。
In charge of the validation management of company’s GMP project.
4、负责组织公司的年度验证和再验证工作。
In charge of organizing the company’s annual validation and revalidation works.
5、负责所有验证相关文件的管理。
In charge of all the relevant validation document management.
6、负责审核URS、验证方案、验证报告、记录等。
In charge of reviewing of URS, validation protocol, validation report, records and so on.
7、负责验证的培训。
In charge of the validation training.
8、实现和完成主管和上一级领导的工作分配。
Fulfill and finish the works allocated by up level leaders.
9、控制或归档的验证方案和报告。
Control or archive the validation protocols and reports.

主要经验和技能
Critical Experience and Skills
1、至少药理学，化学或相关的学士学位。
At least pharmacology or chemistry or relevant bachelor degree.
2、具有与内部团队、客户以及行业监管部门进行良好沟通和影响/谈判的技巧。
Good communication and influencing/negotiation skills with internal teams, clients, and the industry regulators.
3、至少有5年以上药品质量和验证工作经验。
At least 5 years working experience at drug quality and validation works.
4、有验证项目（具有计算机系统验证经验的优先）和文件管理的经验。
Have been in charge of validation project (priority for the one with computerized system’s validation experience) and document management.
5、深刻地了解GMP与cGMP。
Profound understanding of GMP and cGMP.
6、熟悉API的生产工艺，设备和实验室仪器。
Familiar with API’s manufacturing process, equipment and Lab instruments. 举报 分享
