职位描述：
1. 审核并下发公司的质量技术文件,同时回收旧版文件
2. 更新\并归档新版文件,进行旧版文件的作废并按不同项目存档
3. 更新文件记录数据库的电子版本
4. 文控中心记录和资料的定期电子版本备份
5. 建立并收集电子版本文件放在server 上，保证server 上的文件为最新版本配合生产,及时增发技术\质量文件
6. 确保现场使用文件的有效性,可追溯性和及时性
7. 配合各类审核,及时对文件进行受控与更新
8. 定期对文件的记录与存档进行整理\归档每份文件的历史记

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 有较强的独立思考问题和处理问题的能力
3. 能熟练运用WORD ，EXCEL等办公软件；工作细心，认真
4. 对质量体系有一定的了解 举报 分享
