Job Description
PM
Job Purpose: Lead hoc projects execution; communicate with CS to confirm client requirement, plan, schedule and KPI monitor, process control to ensure on-time delivery with quality。 This role will mainly force on global projects, support manager to make project go live on time and keep quality. After project launch can independently operate the project.


Duties and Responsibilities
？ Adhere to Integrity and Nielsen code of conduct;
？ Negotiate with other team, confirm project demand and make working plans;
？ Provide project quotation and control the budget;
？ Supervise project execution, control the project risk, improve procedures;
？ Control the quality of data, ensure to deliver high quality data on time;
？ Provide solutions to problems in project execution through timely and effectively communication and coordination;


Qualifications
？ BA / BS Required
？ 2 years or above years’ working experience
？ Quick learner, and adapting to new environment, willing to work under pressure
？ Good interpersonal skills and a team player
？ Good presentation and communication skills
？ Good quality, project management and monitoring skills
？ Excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking, energetic with innovative ideas
？ Good time management skills with hardworking spirit
