Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1、Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional, technical and commercial services through leading customer service and after-sales service teams.
2、Supervise customer service team to deliver timely response and follow-ups to customers with priority.
3、Optimize the process/workflow to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service.
4、Evaluate the functional structure to maximize the team synergy.
5、Work with relevant departments to further develop the competency of team members.
6、Coordinate with external/internal expertise to address customer requests and complaints.
7、Provide job reports per requested by sales director.
Qualifications & Experience
1、Bachelor's degree in business management or mechanical background preferred;
2、Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing industry;
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge in customer service practice. Knowledge in vehicle service products will be a plus.
Skill:
Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.
Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software; especially Excel, PowerPoint.
Location:Nantong and Shanghai
