职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the supervision of company sourcing process to ensure the implementation of sourcing plans and policies.
2、Provide tactic solutions / guides to the procurement team for implementation of sourcing plans both in technical and commercial sides.
3、Responsible for technical procurement, usually for capital equipment, direct and indirect materials relating to production which is more complex or of greater significance to the organization.
4、Analyzes industries, supply markets and sourcing best practices.
5、Call for bid and quotes, evaluate vendors' capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness, negotiate with/award contracts within specified spending limits, and develop new qualified sources of supply.
6、Supervise team members; prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience
1、Bachelor's degree in mechanical related discipline is a must;
2、Minimum 6 years’ procurement experience (inclusive of at least 3 years of sourcing for product localization) in multinational mechanical manufacturing companies;
3、At least two years’ experience on supervisory role or project management role.
4、Experienced user of MRP system

Ability:
1、Verbal Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group
2、Numerical Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group

Knowledge:
1、Excellent knowledge in sourcing & purchasing management;
MRP knowledge;

Skill:
1、Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.
