职位描述：
主要岗位职责：
燃气轮机热部件拆解、打磨、校形及装配，部件包括：动叶和静叶，以及金属板材。
Disassemble, grind, shape righting and assemble the gas turbine parts; Components include blade and vanes as well as sheet metal.
配置维修所需设备、工具、夹具，熟练使用各类电、气动工具。
Set up equipment, tools and jigs needed, skilled use of various electric and pneumatic tools.
根据指示和质量要求来对燃气轮机部件进行拆解、打磨、校形和组装。维修前检查待修部件状态。
Disassemble, grind, shape righting and assemble the gas turbine parts according to the instruction and quality requirement. Check condition of the part before repair.
维修过程中出现的异常情况要及时汇报上级。有必要时需参与讨论维修方案，并提出维修过程可能会出现或存在的问题及对应的预防和解决方案。
Report to superior when exceptional condition occurs during the repair process. Join the discussion of repair scheme if necessary, come up with the problem exist or may happen and the related precaution and solution.
遵守公司及车间的各种规章制度，服从安排、指挥。
Obey rules and regulations of company and inside the workshop, accept arrangements, direction.
向直接监管人员汇报产品不合格情况。
Reporting non-conformances to direct superior.
有效执行自我质量控制。
Performing effective self-control of quality.
维持安全、整洁的工作环境。
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
及时完成领导交办的其它事项。
