职位描述：
Requirements
1. 五年以上制造现场相关工作经验，最好有缝纫机维修经验；
     Over 5 years in relevant industry, maintenance experience of sewing machine in preferred.
2. 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；
    Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;
3. 熟悉ISO/TS16949能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；
     Familiar with ISO/TS16949, good at tools of quality management such as SPC,MSA,PFMEA,
4. 有效的沟通、计划、组织、控制、领导及协调能力；
     Effective communication, planning, organization, control, lead, and cooperation skills,
5. 工作认真负责，有团队精神；
     Hardworking, responsible and have team-work spirit;
6. 良好的英语及计算机技能。
Fluent in English and excellent PC skill.
2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities
岗位职责
Job Responsibility:
1. 负责质量/环保体系中与生产制造、设备追溯相关文件的制定、培训和改进
In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing;
2. 协调新供应商的开发及供应商绩效评估；
Lead related function team to develop the new line supplier and supplier assessment;
3. 监控所有新项目设备制作的合理布点,确保生产线按时到位；
Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, ensure the line arrives on time;
4. 负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理；
Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management;
5. 负责生产过程/原材料的变更控制；
In charge of process/material change;
6. 产线有质量风险时,组织团队分析问题解决问题；
Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue;
7. 组织设备、追溯协同其他相关职能进行生产过程的控制以及生产设备与追溯系统的安装、调试、验收、维修、升级改善等。
8. Coordinate maintenance, tracing and other relevant functions to realize production process control and the installation, validation, maintenance and optimization of production and tracing system.
9. 负责质量体系中设备维修和管理相关部分的制定、执行和改进；
Responsible for supporting on installation and validation of new line with project team together;
10. 管理并带领维修团队实现年度指标；
Lead maintenance team to reach the annual maintenance target;
11. 负责维修工及工程师的日常管理及培训；
Responsible for daily technician and engineer management and training;
 
12. 负责组织对维修案例进行分析并经验共享；
Organize the team to analyze the maintenance problem and lesson learn ;
13. 总体负责工厂追溯系统的应用设置和维护；
In charge of setting and maintenance of tracing system for all the plant;
14. 负责TPM的推行与实施。
Responsible for TPM implementation;;
15. 负责维修费用的年度和季度预算的管理和控制
Responsible for maintenance cost forecast management and control;
16. 标准化工作职责，领导组内成员按时完成项目任务；
Standardize the work responsibility and leader the team member complete the tasks on time;
17. 推动持续改进工作；
Carry out the constantly improving work;
18. 完成部门制定的年度指标；
Achieve the PD target of Launch department;
质量环境职责:
Duties of Quality and Occupational Health & Safety:
1. 作为质量环境体系的正式审核员,按要求执行内部审核工作；
    As formal assessor of quality and occupational health and safety system, carry out inner assessment according to the requirement;
2. 通过回顾可用的程序、指导书进行审核准备；
    Prepare for assessment through retrospection usable program and specification;
3. 以专业化的形式执行审核；
    Implement specialized assessment working;
4. 按要求完成审核报告。
    Finish assessment report as required.
