职位描述：
Job responsibilities :

? Provide advice and leadership on all aspects of EHS to the Plant.

? Responsible for implementing and managing the EHS management system including in-house contractors.

? Monitor and manage EHS performances.

? Liaise with local authorities and agencies on EHS matters and ensure compliance within the required standard.

? Lead, manage and participate in all EHS related audit (both internal and external).

? Lead, provide training to new hires on EHS related and audit training


? Prepare and monitor training plans; safety induction, mandatory training etc.

? Conduct risk/hazard and aspect/impact assessment to identify, evaluate and control hazards and risk associated with business processes.

? Facilitate incident investigations and monitor corrective/preventive measures.

Skills :

? Degree in an EHS discipline

? MOM registered WHS officer.

? At least 7 years’ EHS experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity in the chemical industry or manufacturing environment.

? Good working knowledge of EHS legislations, risk assessment techniques and environmental compliance.
