Position Summary:

Conduct process validation work related to new/modified moulds, create/ modify mould validation. Provide technical/ process knowledge in cooperation with production and quality for production control and quality control. Coordinate design change and engineering tasks with design site. Support production in achieving production and quality objectives related to Productivity, Process Quality and Scrap Rate

Experience & Knowledge Required:

1.University degree,Minimum 5 years experience in machine tools or related field: building moulds, spare parts in the automotive or electronics field (plastic parts)

2.Related field as parts making and tools making: building dies or spare parts in the automotive & electronics field, experience in automation parts (stitching, bending, testing, potting)

3.Experience in molding process, parameters, material etc
Skill Required:

1.Suitable language skill in write/ read and oral English

2.Able to operate the machine as Lathe, Milling, Grinding, EDM etc. Working with all machines on different levels, also NC or CNC machines able to program those machines in various program languages

3.Skillful in using design tools like Pro-E, AutoCAD, etc
