>.Responsible for logistics management. Ensure on time deliveries, and work with SAP system.
>.Responsible for orders or deliveries requirement collection with customers’ portal system or any others channels.
>.Responsible for MRP operation in sap system, create& release purchasing orders, and track accordingly, and ensure on time deliveries at suppliers’ side.
>.Upload WPCHN deliveries information to relevant customers’ portal system, and create or transfer WPCHN deliveries requirement to the suppliers, Guarantee an effective communication between WPCHN and customers, WPCHN and suppliers.
>.Organize and maintain a suitable logistic channel between WPCHN and customers, WPCHN and suppliers.
>.In charge of warehouse issue at automotive.
>.In charge of invoice and payment issue at customers & suppliers.
>.Participate and contribute in the management team of WPCHN as BMS requirement.
>.Take part in supplier audit regularly and make them aware of and follow our requirements from different systems such as ISO 9000, TS16949.
>.Meet all requirements as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
>.Bachelor degree in Logistics specialty
>.5+ yrs working experience in MRP controlling or SCM（in foreign company is perfect),
>.English oral/writing in fluent
>.Automotive background, direct logistics handling with car maker, 3+ yrs at least
>.Strong experience in SAP(MM module at least)
>.Reliable and initiative character、Team spirit
Base in : Suzhou Industrial Park
Working time : 8 hours per day; 5 days per week.
