职位描述：
Main tasks:
-根据生产系统的要求和以往的经验，为一些特殊工艺（注塑，注树脂）制定相关文件的说明，以便于操作员与工艺技术员采用***工艺法，并实现约定生产目标。/Draws and provides instructions regarding the necessary documentation for special processes (plastics injection, resin injection) according to the production system requirements and in observance of previous experiences (lesson learned) so that operators and process technicians should use the best practice during the process and meet the set production objectives.
-为满足客户要求及订单要求，在生产中使用***参数，工程师需根据“工艺参数修改”定义及修改工艺参数，更新并检查工艺参数。/Defines and validates process parameters according to the Validation of Process Parameters in order to meet client’s requirements and records, updates and checks process parameters records (in the appropriate forms) in order to use the best parameters in the production process.
-根据具体指导记录，能力矩阵及指导计划，给操作员及工艺技术人员提供特殊机器的操作（注塑），特殊工艺的细节方面的指导。/Gives instructions to operators and process technicians regarding the working procedure with special machines (plastics injection) and the specific aspects of special processes (working parameters, their influence over product quality, recognition of product faults and machine and equipment malfunctioning, countermeasures) according to the specific instruction records, the competence matrix and the instruction and re-instruction plans.
-为了采取 措施降低损失和OEE指标设定，对损失分析（缺陷，中断，变更）和设备效率（OEE）以周报告的形式与生产或管理团队进行沟通。/Creates, updates and communicates to production and to management weekly reports with loss analysis (reject, interruptions, changes) and equipment efficiency (OEE) in order to set up actions to reduce loss and to place this indicator – OEE – within the limits set by Hirschmann Nantong.
-为了延长模具寿命和消除工艺变异，根据维护规程，创建，更新和检查每日维护记录。/Creates, updates and checks daily (planned) maintenance records, in order to increase tool life expectancy and to eliminate process variations, according to the maintenance procedure (Maintenance Operating Procedure).
-为保证零生产积压，需创建，更新，检查配件清单及设备供应商联系名单。/Creates, updates and checks the spare part list and the contact list of equipment suppliers, in order to obtain zero production backlog on this account.
-为了降低停机损失，需创建一个包含维修方法，备件等的资料库，当机器停机大于3小时，需更新记录。/Updates the record of machines with backlogs longer than 3 hours in order to have a database containing the repairing method, spare parts etc with the purpose of reducing backlog loss.
-指导，监督和协调工艺技术员的行动以便满足降低工艺损失的目标。/Instructs, monitors and coordinates the process technicians’ activity so that the objectives of process loss reduction are met.
-在审核时提供支持，为了显示出我们在工艺上的持续改善能力和稳定性以满足客户要求。/Provides support during audits in order to prove the continuous activity in process improvement and stabilization in order to ensure conformity with the customer requirements.
