职位描述：
1、维护员工系统档案、合同续签、试用期转正征询、离职手续办理；
2、办理员工社会保险及公积金，及时处理劳动关系纠纷等；
3、负责公司人员招聘事宜；
4、核算员工考勤、薪资、考核及福利，核算各项人力资源管理费用。

职位要求：
1、两年以上人事相关工作经验，本科以学历；
2、熟悉劳动法、社保法等相关法律；
3、有人力资源管理经验优先。

上海风格服饰有限公司是一家集设计、生产、销售为一体的服饰公司，提供最时尚的服饰如手套，帽子，围巾等。本公司成立于2001年5月，年出口额达4500万美元以上，拥有一家直属工厂和两家参股工厂以及十几家长期合作的工厂。直属工厂有工人300人，主要生产针织服饰，棒球帽等。
本公司提供手编和针织手套，帽子，围巾；车缝棒球帽，渔夫帽；梭织围巾和经编围巾，帽子等。在OEM/ODM上有着丰富的经验。产品主要销往欧美，客人有：H&M、NEXT、WAL-MART、NAF NAF等。
