职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 研究现有工艺，寻找、提议工艺自动化方案。
2. 设计、验证工艺自动化系统
3. 参与工艺自动化的设计和项目的开展，确保其符合恰当的标准，有效投入使用和维护。
4. 识别，管理和提升工艺自动化系统实施过程中的问题和风险。
5. 和机械、电气工程师一起致力于工艺自动化系统的使用，测试和验证。
6. 审核供应商工艺自动化的验证文件。
7. 参与系统试用和验证。
8. 定制的自动化程序编码的符合性审查。
9. 对工艺自动化进行培训。
10. 编制所有培训资料。

任职资格：
1. 电气或自动化专业的本科学历。
2. 至少三年在工艺自动化设计或验证方面的工作经验。
3. 具备PLC和触摸屏工作经验更佳。
4. 熟悉自动化科技的行业趋势，包括传感，信息，数据收集，储存和转换。
5. 各种PLC的编码经验。
6. 会使用2D工程设计工具，如AutoCAD.
7. 熟练运用办公工具（Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)。
8. 必须具备熟练的书面英语和口语能力。

Job Responsibilities
1. Study existed process and looking for opportunity of process automation
2. Contribute to the design and validation of the process automation systems (like formulation, PW, WFI system etc.)
3. Participate in process automation design and programming to ensure it be aligned with appropriate standards to enable efficient use and maintenance.
4. Identify, manage and elevate issues and risks to process automation systems
5. In collaboration with mechanical and electrical engineers, contributes to the deployment, testing, and validation of the process automation systems.
6. Review process automation validation document from vendor.
7. Participate system commissioning and validation.
8. Code review of customized systems as the requirement.
9. Contribute to the technical training of all process automation and site resources
10. Contribute to the development of all training materials

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Electric or Automation Technology.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in process automation design or validation.
3. PLC and touch panel experience is desirable.
4. Familiar with industry trend of automation technology including sensing, communication, data collection, storage and transfer.
5. Code review experience in different popular PLCs.
6. Experience using 2D Engineering design tool (AutoCAD)
7. Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)
8. Must be fluent in English language both written and verbal. 举报 分享
