岗位职责：
? Own MRP process to support business needs
制定MRP满足商业需求
? Own MRP process with close interaction with supply planning team.
同供应链计划团队紧密合作建立MRP程序
? Regular review and align key parameters with suppliers for MOQ, leading time.
根据关键参数与供应商确认最小起定量、交货期
? Running the SAP system to have the materials replenishment plan.
根据SAP系统制定物料补充计划
? To check if the replenishment plan is really needed, if yes, convert them to PO.
确认物料补充计划的必要性，如确实需要，负责出采购订单
? Place the PO to the suppliers and get the confirmed copy and follow the delivery performance.
出订单给供应商并得到供应商签章的订单复印件，追踪货物交付
? Own SRM process and continously provide the win-win solutions.
建立SRM程序并持续提供双赢的解决方案
? Regular meeting with China procurement team to define the plans for supporting both short term and long term business needs.
与中国采购团队进行例会，制定适合短期及长期订单需求的采购计划
? Support local procurement team in terms of sourcing, negociation etc.....
协助本地采购团队进行资源的搜寻、谈判等
? Work with the suppliers for any issues, risks and acts as a coordinator between suppliers and sites.
作为工厂与供应商之间的协调员，解决与供应商之间的所有问题
? Inventory Management 库存控制
? Regular review materials‘ stock level . 定期核查物料库存水平
? Coordinate with warehouse management and QC/QA if there is any aging materials by following internal procedures.
根据内部程序协调仓库及QC/QA之间关于过期物料的管理
? Regular provide inventory report. 定期提供库存报告
? System management 系统管理
? Own the master data accuracy and maintenance in MRP systems.
确保主数据的准确并在MRP系统中进行维护
? Work with IT to resolve system issues if have to ensure right data information flow to any relevant parties.
与IT一起合作解决系统问题，确保给相关部门的数据的准确性

2. Backgroud背景

? Experience with SAP especially involved in the project phase will be a plus 有SAP经验尤其是有SAP初始建立经验者优先考虑
