职位描述：
岗位职责：
？ 负责加盟电话接听和加盟政策的宣导工作；
？ 负责协同拓展团队与合作伙伴沟通，反馈合作伙伴的核心需求，制定拓展策略，促成合作；
？ 负责收集完善合作伙伴信息，汇总、整理、分析合作伙伴资料；
？ 负责拓展渠道的建设、管理及客情关系的维护与处理；
？ 负责目标商铺的谈判与跟进工作；
？ 负责新开店铺的前期筹备工作，协调本中心与其他部门及外部的业务联系，保证店铺能够按相关流程及规定如期开业。
？ 负责客户来访接待工作，为部门的业务开展提供后勤服务支持，促进部门良性发展。
？ 完成上级交给的其它工作。

任职资格：
？ 大专以上学历，市场营销类专业优先，30岁以内；
？ 对拓展业务流程有一定认知，熟悉行业商圈区域布局，具有一定的渠道资源；
？ 有基本的商务谈判能力、具有敏锐的市场判断力、计划能力、分析决策能力；
？ 具有成功市场拓展案例和良好的客户开发与维护能力；
？ 性格外向、反应敏捷,勇于自我挑战；
？ 有较强的人际沟通能力、组织协调和执行能力；
？ 良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正，具有亲和力。 举报 分享

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
