KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain the standard cost for new products timely and ensure the accuracy of standard cost in ERP system.

及时维护新产品的标准成本，确保ERP系统标准成本数据的准确。

-Coordinate and update the standard cost on a yearly basis and report the inventory revaluation on time and

accurately.

与相关部门合作每年对标准成本数据做一次更新，并根据更新的标准成本重新计算存货价值。

-Prepare monthly cost analysis，including margin analysis, standard cost variance analysis and scrap ratio

analysis, etc. for management team and identify the cost improvement opportunities on materials, labor and

overhead

完成月度的成本分析，包括毛利分析，标准成本差异分析和废品率分析等，在原材料，人工成本和制造费用方面为公司管理层提

供数据支持

-Prepare the inventory report on a monthly basis. Monitor the inventory transactions, movement and turn to

utilize the internal or external resource to control the inventory turns

完成月度存货报告，监控存货流转，利用内外部资源改进存货周转率

-Be responsible for monthly closing on costing, variance allocation to make sure close on time and accuracy

负责月度成本结账，差异分摊，确保及时准确

-Coordinate the monthly cycle count and annual stocktaking

配合月度和年度存货盘点工作

-Cost reduction tracking monthly

月度降成本数据跟踪

-Cooperate to do selling price checking for existing products and new products

配合相关人员做好产品价格审核工作

-Other tasks designated by manager

完成其他领导交办的任务

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance

大学会计或财务专业

-More than 5 years’ cost control working experience in manufacturing company, preferred to be in foreign or JV

companies.
5年以上的制造业企业成本控制经验,外资和合资工资经验优先

-Solid knowledge of using ERP system
丰富的ERP实践知识和操作技能。

-Proficient with Excel skill and other office software.
精通Excel软件及其他办公软件。

-Good communication skill and self-motivated. Honest and sense of responsibility.
良好的沟通能力及工作主动性，为人正直，责任心强，有敬业精神。

-Fluency in writing and Speaking English.

英语读、写流利.
