KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Establish and maintain the quality management system; compile, revise and file the documents according to the

requirements of system.

建立完善公司质量管理体系；根据质量体系要求，负责编制修改各类质量体系文件。

2.Supervise, audit and manage the operation of quality system.

监督管理公司质量体系运作。

3.Define the standards of the internal auditing, plan and carry out the internal auditing, propose improvement

measures, and follow results.

规定公司内部审核标准，计划、贯彻执行公司内部审核，提出改善措施并监督执行；

4.Compile the inspection specifications of outsourcing parts and materials; Strictly control the incoming quality.

负责编制检验指导书及外购件、原辅材料检验标准；严格控制来料质量。

5.Manage the test center; Carry out tests, analysis and planning according to requirements.

管理公司测试中心；指导各类测试，并根据要求编制测试分析报告

6.Manage exact measuring tools; Check and repair the general measuring tools;

管理各类测量工具；定期检查，维护日常质量测试工具。

7.Cope with quality problems in time and effectively;

成功应对各类质量问题，并做到及时有效。

8.Accomplish other tasks given by superiors within the responsibility.

完成上级主管下达的其他任务。

QUALIFICATIONS:

-B.A degree major of Automation/Machine in university.

-相关自动化、机械专业本科以上学历。

-At least 5 years experiences of mechanical or refrigeration.

-5年以上机械或制冷行业工作经验。

-Good knowledge of quality management of stamping, injection, welding, and assembled technique, etc

-有冲压、注塑、焊接、组装等相关质量管理经验

-Knowledge of TS 16949, ISO9001, quality system.

-具有TS16949审核经验及ISO9001审核经验

-Good office software skill, such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.

-熟练操作使用各类办公软件及AutoCAD，PRO-E等绘图软件。

-Fluency in spoken and written English.

-流利的英语听、说、写作能力

-Good communication skill and self-motivated. Honest and sense of responsibility.

-良好的沟通能力及工作主动性，为人正直，责任心强，有敬业精神。
