KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for making the production process and define every working procedure's motion and responsibility,

and write the working instruction and flow chart document.

制定生产流程，确定生产工位以及各工位的工作，生产作业指导书和流程图文件的编订；
- Responsible for guiding operator make the production in the prototype period that have to make sure meet all
customer's requirement.
新产品导入阶段，现场指导工人生产产品，以确保满足客户的要求；
- Responsible for improving production process through layout, equipment efficiency, operator balancing and
design for manufacturing whilst maintaining safety, quality, delivery and cost.
通过设计布局、设备、提升效率和平衡率来改善生产流程，同时确保产线的安全生产，及时出货以及控
制成本；
- Responsible for leading the new project and organize the project team, make the project planning and scheduling
and investment planning, including machine capacity analysis, operator quantity requirements; shift/day
calculation; investment/cost analysis and plant layout Track and monitor the plan execution to make sure to meet
customer’s requirement with good quality and no schedule slipping.
新项目导入的项目领导人，负责成立项目小组和项目计划以及时间表和投资计划的制定，包含设备的产
能分析，确定设备的需求数量，工作人员的需求数量，每天生产班次的制定，投资计划以及工厂布局的
制定与设计，并且追踪计划的实施状况，确保满足客户要求；
- Responsible for making the quality inspection standard (incoming inspection\ process inspection & delivery
inspection), discuss with quality engineer to make the quality regulation and working instruction. And incharge of
developping the inspection gauge and purchasing inspection equipment to keep quality inspection seriously and
our production quality good.
负责所领导项目的质量标准制定（进料检验、过程检验、出货检验），与质量工程师探讨并制定质量检
验规范文件，开发检具以及采购检验设备以确保检验过程严密性，保证产品品质。
- Responsible for design and develop of the applicators and tools. Applying applicators on machines and conduct
the applicators' capacity analysis; using tools to improve the production efficiency and quality and prevent the
workers making mistakes.
设计和开发工具与模具，模具主要用于生产机器同时负责模具的生产能力分析需求数量的确认；工具主
要用于提高生产效率，产品质量以及防止工人犯错；
- Responsible for Purchasing the fixture and tooling for the project what I responsible for, comfirm the supplier
qualification and purchasing contract fulfillment and make sure the designing and manufacture is satisfy for our
requirement.
负责采购负责项目所需要的工装治具，认证供应商的资格，以及采购合同的履行状况，以及确认工装的
设计与制造是否符合我们的要求；
- Responsible for publish the standard documents for the tool’s management regulation and equipment working
instruction
发行一些工具的管理规定和设备操作指导书等相关文件；
- Responsible for involving in FMEA programs on corrective action implementation and continuous improvement
on maximizing production capacity, reducing cost and improving process efficiency.
负责组织FMEA程序，使用正确的方法生产，要持续提升生产生产线的生产能力，使其最大化；同时要
控制生产成本以及提升产品质量；
- Responsible for on line trouble shooting the abnormal quality problem in processes and follow 8D process to
analyze root cause and to study the feasibility of error proofing plan, and to track the plan execution.
负责针对生产线问题点按照8D的流程方法的找出根因同时制定解决方案，以及跟踪方案的实施状况；
负责改进现有生产工艺或开发新的工艺，以提高生产效率和可靠性，并降低成本。

QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A degree major of Automation/Machine in university.
相关自动化、机械专业本科以上学历。
- At least 5 years experiences of mechanical or refrigeration.
5年以上机械或制冷行业工作经验。
- Good knowledge of stamping, injection, welding, and assembled technique, etc
有冲压、注塑、焊接、组装等相关经验
- With experience in assembly line development is preferred.
有组装生产线改进经验优先考虑
- Mechanical or refrigeration background(Engineer)
具有加工行业或制冷行业相关工程背景
- Knowledge of TS 16949, ISO9001, quality system.
具有TS16949审核经验及ISO9001审核经验
- Good office software skill, such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.
熟练操作使用各类办公软件及AutoCAD，PRO-E等绘图软件。
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
流利的英语听、说、写作能力
- Good communication skill and self-motivated. Honest and sense of responsibility.
良好的沟通能力及工作主动性，为人正直，责任心强，有敬业精神。
