KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Daily General Ledger, Monthly Closing and Account Reconciliation.
- 负责总帐，月度结帐，和会计账目核对；
- Sales Order/Purchase Order Processing, A/R and A/P settlement, staff reimbursement.
- 直接处理销售订单,采购订单,应收和应付会计结算,员工费用报销；
- Provide the weekly and monthly cash flow, project cost and income reporting.
- 提供周和月度现金流报告, 及时更新项目收入和成本报告；
- Responsible for the invoice opening and tax declaration.
- 负责开票和及时的税收申报；
- Provide timely financial reports and analysis as requested.
- 按要求提供及时的财务报告；
- Support senior management in implementation of company's financial policies and ensure integrity of
internal cost control system.
- 配合公司管理层以执行公司财务政策和内部成本控制制度。


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
- 会计相关专业本科学历;
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with foreign invested companies referred.
- 5年以上相关工作经验，有外资公司经验者优先考虑；
- Excellent MS Office skills, Good at ERP Software.
- 熟练的计算机应用能力，熟悉相关ERP系统软件；
- Fluency in writing and Speaking English.
- 英语读、写流利.
- Good communication skill and self-motivated. Honest and sense of responsibility.
- 良好的沟通能力及工作主动性，为人正直，责任心强，有敬业精神。
