职位描述：
岗位职责Job description：
1. 在公司内部建立ISO9001质量管理体系, 维持质量管理体系有效运行﹔
Develop, maintain and deploy the QMS, clarify the working process of each department;
2. 结合公司实际情况，协调各部门编制和更改体系文件, 使各部门的流程明确，接口清晰;
Cooperate with every department to write and improve the process document;
3. 负责各部门质量管理体系知识的培训， 使各部门日常工作符合ISO9001质量体系要求；Perform training of QMS, to make sure the daily job of every department meets the requirements of ISO9001.
4. 安排年度审核计划，定期实行内部审核，确保体系的符合性、有效性、持续性﹔
Set the internal audit plan, execute the internal audit;
5. 定期回顾评价体系文件的改进机会；
To identify opportunities for QMS improvement;
6. 负责联系第三方审核事宜，对于开出的不符合项向第三方组织提交不符合项整改报告；
Responsible for the third part audit, prepare and submit the corrective action report;
7. 完成上级领导分配的其他任务；
Finish other relevant task from the management.


任职资格Requirements：
1. 本科以上学历, 制造型企业3年以上工作经验, 具备独立进行过质量体系建设、运行、维护、认证经验；
At least bachelor’s degree, 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry with the ability to develop, maintain and certified experience;
2. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，具有内审员资格,熟悉TS16949质量管理体系优先；
Familiar with ISO9001 QMS with the internal audit certification, TS16949 is preferred;
3. 很好的团队合作和沟通能力,文字表达能力强，能够独立编制文件；
   Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, good ability of document creation;
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
