Summary: 概述
This position is responsible for leading, planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing processes and improvements within the plant that will meet and/or exceed internal and customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 基本职责以及义务包括（但不限于）如下
1.Directs continuous improvement activities.
指挥持续性改进项目。
2.Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements
根据项目要求，计划并组建工程项目并组织项目团队
3.Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies and process design.
在特定的项目阶段与方面指派项目负责人员进行技术研究与流程设计
4.Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, Company standards and customer contract requirements and related specifications.
审核产品设计与工程原则、客户标准以及客户合同要求、和相关规格的一致性。
5.Coordinates activities concerned with part development, scheduling and resolving engineering design and production problems.
在产品开发、日程安排以及解决工程设计和生产的问题方面协调相关工作。
6.Evaluates and approves engineering changes, specifications and drawing releases.
评估并批准工程变更、规格和图纸释放。
7.Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
根据项目预算控制花费。
8.Prepares interim and completion project reports.
准备项目中期和项目终结报告
9.Works with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and cost effective new product litigation.
与内部外部供应商协同保证新产品的顺利与成本经济
10.Ability to work overtime

Requirements: 岗位要求：

Education and/or skills: 教育和/或技能：
Bachelor's Degree from four year college or university; and five (5) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
四年全日制学院或者大学本科毕业；5-10年相关经历和/或培训经验；或者相匹配经历的的教育和经验。
Familiar with Die Casting、factory manufacturing process and procedures.
熟悉压铸、工厂生产工艺及运行程序
Excellent Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience are both assets.
良好的机械，液压和电气知识，包括解决问题的经验
Significant project management experience.
良好的项目管理经验

Abilities (i.e. Language Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills): 能力（语言、推理、电脑）
Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and Pro-E, personal computers and software; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
AUTOCAD 和 Pro-E的工作经验，个人电脑和软件技能；良好的书面和口头的沟通能力
Strong understanding of blueprint reading (Especial for GD&T), physics, costing, and value analysis.
良好的看图（尤其GD&T），成本和价值分析能力
Be familiar with FMEA，SPC.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration: 证书与认证
Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Certification preferred.
工业设备/电器资格证书优先。
