职位描述：
· Implement all projects related to procurement of capital equipment and facilities requirements for the establishment of the JV
在合资企业筹建期实施所有有关资本性设备和设施的采购的活动
· Responsible for purchases of direct material including purchased components as well as outside processing during the business operation of the JV
在合资企业运营期间负责直接材料的采购，包括备件采购以及委外加工
· In the meantime to assure the commodity is delivered on schedule at the negotiated price and meets the quality standards required, to reach the lowest possible cost for the commodity balanced against quality and schedule needs.
在确保采购物资按照协定的价格如期交付且产品质量符合标准的同时，针对对购买货品的质量与交期进行平衡，以追求综合成本的最低。
· Solicit and evaluate proposals and make recommendations regarding purchasing contracts and finalize long-term contracts with strategic suppliers where applicable.
征求和评估方案，对采购合同给出指导性建议，并在恰当时战略供应商进行长期合同谈判。
· Follow written Purchasing Procedures and Work Instructions and ensure Purchasing activities are compliant with TS-16949 along with company policy and government regulations.
按照书面的采购程序和工作流程操作，确保采购操作符合TS16949以及公司政策和政府法规。
· Maintains timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices and other documents as required to assure adequate retention of records.
根据要求及时保留订单、修正、装运通知和其他文件，以确保记录的可追溯性。
· Ability to work overtime

Qualification 任职资格
· College Degree or above, major in engineering or related fields preferred.
大专以上学历，工程或相关专业优先
· over 5 years of Automotive Purchasing experience required with team managing experience and capabilities. Stamping and/or die casting knowledge preferred
五年以上汽车行业采购工作经验，并具有管理经验及能力。冲压或压铸行业知识优先.
· Good English Ability and Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills, Related Purchase costing, PPV, budget planning and forecast knowledge and skills.
良好的英语语言能力，极强的沟通以及谈判技巧。具备相关采购成本计算、采购价格变动、 预算规划及预测知识及能力等。
