职位描述：

Job Mission工作愿景

- Assist store manager to manage the daily operations including sales, expense control, maintaining inventory level, customer service, training, scheduling personnel

- 协助店铺经理处理每天店铺营运事宜，包括销售、费用控制、维护库存量、客户服务、培训、安排店铺人手。

- Follow company established objectives, accept and cooperate well, executed timely, accurately.

- 遵循公司所设立的目标、接受及配合、且按时准确的执行。

Main Responsibility工作职责范围

- Assist to in leading sales team to reach sales target and KPI goal

- 协助带领销售团队以达到销售指标及年度目标及关键绩效指标。

- Monitor proper sales, policies and procedure

- 管控正确的销售政策及程序。

- Supervise staff function in daily store operation

- 监督销售人员运作每天销售程序。

- Inventory replenishment

- 监督库存补货。

- Stock keeping and control

- 执行库存存放及控制。

- Reporting statistics

- 定期报告店铺统计数据。

- Assist personnel matters

- 协助人事方面事宜:

+ measure performance and disciplines (staff appraisals)

执行员工绩效评估。

+ motivation and counseling

提高员工士气及辅导。

+ sales training

销售培训。

+ communicate with immediate levels:

与上级领导保持良好的沟通：

>> representing store manager to the subordinates

代表店铺经理向销售同事报告。

>> representing the subordinates to store manager

代表销售同事向店铺经理汇报。

- Customer relations & contacts and monitor VIP procedures

- 建立良好的客户关系及联络及监控非常重要客户的程序。

- Handling complaints

- 处理客户投诉。

- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, displays, image of the location

- 确保店铺提供一个清洁、有条理的工作环境，有良好维护的购物设施及陈列，同时，持续维护公司形象。

- Scheduling staff coverage and assign duties

- 安排员工排班及分派工作。

- Recommend reasonable and constructive ideas to store manager

- 提出合理及有建设性的意见。

- Observe and give feedback on necessary information to store manager

- 观测及在重要信息上提出反馈。

- Enforce team work and act as team leader

- 加强团队工作及成为团队领袖。

- Coordinates sales matters

- 统筹销售事宜。

- Follow up assignments and instructions

- 跟进上级领导所分派的工作及执行任务。

- Report to store manager on problems and matters encountered at work

完成随时委派的工作。

Professional Requirements 专业条件

- College graduate or above.

- 大专或以上。

- 5-6 years sales experience in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience a plus

- 5至6年销售经验，拥有奢侈品行业的经验优先。

- At least 2 years team leading experience

- 最少2年团队领导经验。

- Good computer skills

- 良好电脑技巧。

- Good planning and reporting skill

- 良好计划及报告技巧。
