1. 依照夹具需求者的要求，设计相应的试验夹具、生产夹具、检具
2. 负责夹具的管理，包括定期维护和维修、盘点等工作
3. 加工工艺的制定、分析和改进，达到最优化
4. 协助采购完成对夹具供应商的定期审核和改进，以及发展新的合格供应商
5. 协助测试工程师优化和改进夹具设计，从而满足试验的要求
6. 协助检验员完成夹具的测量和验收
7. 完成上级主管、经理所指定的工作任务
岗位要求:
1. 熟练使用CATIA和AutoCAD绘图软件，熟悉形位工差及运用
2. 熟悉加工工艺编排和夹具改进和管理
3. 至少五年以上（助工2年以上）机械设计或者夹具设计经验
