Responsibilities/工作职责：
1. Responsible to make the validation plan and execute the validation to ensure compliance with regulatory and Merck requirement.负责包装验证计划（设备，工艺）和实施确保符合法律法规以及Merck要求。
2. Responsible for building up automation system management including the system configuration, user access level and program back up.负责包装自动化系统日常的管理包括系统的配置，用户权限的设置以及程序的备份等。
3. Build up packaging knowledge system, work as process & technical expertise on Deviation investigation, SME training, process improvement.建立包装技术体系，作为工艺技术专家指导偏差调查，SME培训和工艺提高。
4. Manage the performance and standard in routine, initiate project to optimize the efficiency and improve yield.
日常管理产品性能和标准，制定项目优化效率和提高产率。
5. Other relevant tasks assigned by manager.
经理给予的其他相关任务。
Skills & Competences required技能要求
1. Fluent in English.
英语流利。
2. Result orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must.
结果导向，准确可靠。
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning and organization skills.
优秀的交流技巧，问题解决能力以及计划和组织能力。
4. Lean participant and Six Sigma Belts are preferred.
最好能有精益计划和6西格玛项目经验。
Backgroud背景
1. Bachelor Degree above in Pharmaceutical or Mechanical Engineering 制药工程或机械工程相关专业学士学位。
2. 5+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with 3+ years in technical transfer, validation or process engineering position
至少5年以上制药生产经验，3年以上技术转移、包装验证或设备维修管理经验。
