QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering Degree in civil & structure, chemical engineering or mechanical. Minimum bachelor degree, master degree is plus
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 15 years’ experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry in construction management function
JOB KEY OBJECTIVES:
? Response for project construction safety management, ensure there is no recordable injury and above incident from project construction.
? Ensure construction time schedule well planned and executed, closely monitoring the construction progress, well forecast the construction progress with good remediation plan in order to catch up the time
? Lead project site construction management, coordinate project construction related stakeholders like local authorities, contractors, suppliers and design institute to ensure project construction implementation smoothly, ensure project construction delivery within targeted schedule & progress, construction quality, codes & standards compliance, and construction related budget.
? Ensure project obtaining construction various permit on time, successfully pass all construction quality inspection by authority bureau and obtain all required certificate before operation
? Response for site engineering coordination among LDI, EPCm and Construction Company. Construction supervision and commissioning supporting, ensure the success in Mechanical Completion till final hand over to operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Construction Safety Management: Response for project construction safety management, manage construction site EHS implement and ensure the compliance in project execution with well documentation. Result: ensure there is no recordable injury and above incident from project construction.
2. Project construction Schedule & progress management: Prepare project construction schedule by following project overall schedule, arrange related resource and equipment & tools, coordinate related project construction stakeholders to implement project construction works. Result: (Project construction MC in accordance with project plan without delay, well compliance with statutory & company requirements)
3. Project construction Quality management: Prepare project construction quality plan by following project overall plan, arrange related resource and equipment & tools, coordinate related project construction stakeholders to manage and monitor project construction quality. Result: (Project construction quality in accordance with project plan without quality incident, well compliance with statutory & company quality requirements)
4. Field design development & construction methodology optimization: Ensure all construction according to the design document and troubleshooting of any design errors and mistakes, review and decide on proper construction methodology according to codes & standards, ensure field engineering work fully aligned with construction, all construction changes be recorded and monitored properly.
5. Project Change management: Control project construction related change management, ensure the design works are well implemented in construction site, coordinate the necessary changes with proper approval process, and help to control project construction budget. Result: (Project construction changes managed as per change procedure, project construction cost within budget.)
6. Responsible for construction temporary facility & utility supply preparation, construction permit application and manage the construction quality inspection
7. As part of commissioning team member, ensure all pre-commissioning work complete on time and troubleshooting for construction related issues during commissioning
8. Overall construction progress, quality, interface management with EPCm Company and all construction contractors.
9. Responsible for construction mechanical completion, authority final inspection and pre-commissioning and testing of all system, facility shall complete all commissioning work with good quality and ready to use.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
1. Fluent in English both of verbal and written and has worked for international chemical/pharmaceutical or EPCm company no less than 15 years.
2. Good experience and knowledge of typical chemical & pharmaceutical process equipment installation e.g. reactor, heat exchanger, evaporator, dryer, filling line, packaging line. Shall have good knowledge of clean room construction.
3. Good knowledge of project construction and completions execution processes and procedure.
4. Good knowledge of construction technical and construction code and standard.
5. Good knowledge of construction planning using MS Project or P3, able to manage construction training and site construction audit.
6. Good knowledge of project design or project design coordination
7. Good knowledge of EHS and construction quality control.
8. Participate in the early development of the overall Construction Management execution strategy,
9. Coordinating early constructability input into design, schedule and cost development.
10. Good in contractor management including evaluating Sub-Contractor capability, and establishment of appropriate controls with the Project Controls group.
11. Good coordination and communication skill with project stakeholders, especially with local authorities and contractors. 举报 分享
