JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. HRIS Workday maintenance via data source and interaction with employees for staff movement.
2. Coordinate with line manager for HR Operation daily work and provide support to line managers to meet achievable targets.
3. Monthly staff headcount report.
4. Answer employee questions from the Shared Service Center call system.
5. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Operation team.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

？ Bachelor degree with CET 6 is required.

？ General concept on HR daily operation and management.

？ A responsible person, enjoy multiple tasks and can work under pressure.
